My mother's day present came early this year. Last weekend, I was treated to a wonderful outing with my girls. We attended a Mother-Daughter Tea and had a great time. My present was the realization that my girls are growing into wonderfully sweet, mature little women. We had a fantastic time eating delicious sweets, sipping on "marvelous tea darlings," and watching a vintage fashion show. I think you will see the girls' favorite part was trying on all the different hats that someone so generously brought for us to try on...This first picture cracks me up! Not sure why Taylor is making that face - we did just come from a soccer game where they beat the other team 8-0 (not that you can keep score)... They both do "girly" really well but I assure you underneath those dresses are a pair of grass stained knees, banged up from a misplaced soccer kick or two!
The table... Our fun companions!!!
Taylor in a very decorated hat!!
Aubrey took some convincing to try this on!

That looks like so much fun! You ladies all look so beautiful - with and without teeth! ;) That looks like just the kind of event that Sara and I would have loved to tag along at!! Glad you all had fun!
Can I just say I have never seen 3 more gorgeous women?! What an amazing event to be able to share with the girls. That would be so much fun! Mommy, you look BEAUTIFUL...you really do. Tim is a lucky man to be surrounded by 3 amazing and good-looing women.
the first picture of Tay simply cracks me up!!! She's a little bit of a tom boy under there! So much fun! The tea is really great too. What a special Mother's Day treat! -S
